Book One synopis
Arienne Brown gets the surprise of her life when she's near her due date to deliver her baby boy. The father, Kase Drew no longer wants to be with her. Not only that, but he also doesn't want to be a father. Now struggling to get on her feet to provide for her and her son, Kason, Arienne needs help and doesn't know where to start, but there is someone willing to be there for her, if only she'd allow it.

From the outside looking in, you would think Chandler and Trell had the perfect relationship. Behind closed doors, Trell is an alcoholic and if he doesn't get himself together, he would lose his family, but does someone else already have a spot in Chan's heart?

Book two synopsis
Now knowing what Kase had been up to while she was struggling to find her a place to live and take care of a baby, Ari was a little more broken. Not for long. Cion wouldn't let her. There was something about Ari that Cion liked and wouldn't allow her to go through any more struggle. He was going to show her that he was nothing like her peon baby daddy.

Chandler wanted Kree. 

Kree wanted Chandler.

Both didn't want to go against Cion's wishes but you can't help who your heart wants and yearns for.
